Pricing information

The typical residential property owner pays per property. If the owner elects to employ Real Estate Professionals LLC to locate, screen and negotiate the lease with the prospective tenants then the owner pays one months rent placement / procurement fee. The minimum procurement fee is $500. This fee is only charged one time per property per year and only once per tenant. Real Estate Professionals LLC then manages the tenants and the property at a cost of 10% of monthly rent amount. The minimum management fee is $50 per month.
